For new and existing staff to understand the overview of Quality School Management (QSM) Framework & the link to Education Quality, and Roles & Challenge in compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS)

To learn the intent & purpose of quality management and how they are related to various departments, roles & jobs, including leadership and Management Representative & Quality Assurance (MR/QA) roles
To understand the importance of performance measures, tracking and workplace learning for continuous improvement

Course 2

Operationalising Quality School Management Systems

For School, Management & Process Owners/Teams

A. To understand the strategic alignment and connections to achieve the Vision & Mission & Culture/Value (including holistic education) of the School throughout all departments & levels
B. To adopt the best practice approach to operationalising and achieving seamless integration of Processes, IT Systems, People & Culture
